Dave ( Finbar ) Feery is the drummer in the band and has been playing
since the age of 12 and still plays to a 12 year old's standard today. Dave started playing in the early seventies
on the biscuit tins and
has a wealth of experience in all types of music .
Dave has gigged
around the UK
over the years with many different bands including Sweet tribute band
The Sours , the Sooty Braden Show Band and top international superstars
like Angus m' coat up ( former Scottish cloakroom attendant) All this experience shines
through with his solid performances.
Known to the other band members as
“ the lord mayor of lillyput” he tends to be the butt of all the jokes
due to being a perfectly formed 5 feet 6 but he is more than happy with
this as he says “ it’s better than being ignored”and "I never get asked
to paint ceilings".
In Dave’s live
performances you can feel the groove and he epitomizes the bands sense of
enjoyment when performing on stage. He says “ There is nothing like
seeing people enjoying themselves and that’s what being in the band is
all about . We judge ourselves purely on the audience reaction ( and if
there is free food to keep Darren happy)as that
is the true test of a good night.
